The Rajmata Jijau – Shala Mazi Nyari initiative is a step towards holistic development in education, ensuring that every child has access to modern resources and opportunities. By bridging the gap between rural and urban education standards, we are shaping a brighter future for generations to come.

Objectives

  • Enhance educational facilities in government schools, aligning them with institutions like Navodaya Vidyalayas, Sainik Schools, and Convent Schools.

  • Integrate theoretical and practical learning for holistic education.

  • Provide students with opportunities to explore talents in painting, singing, sports, and more.

  • Offer extracurricular learning in languages, advanced technologies, and essential life skills.

  • Connect schools with national initiatives such as Fit India, Swachh Bharat, and Khelega India – Jitega India.

  • Guide students in choosing the right career path.

1. Computer Lab - Strengthening Digital Literacy

In today’s digital-driven world, computer literacy is vital for students to stay relevant and competitive. However, many rural schools still lack access to basic technological infrastructure. To bridge this digital divide, Creative Foundation is setting up well-equipped computer labs in government schools. Each lab includes 5 to 25 computers, internet connectivity, and essential furniture, creating an environment where students can learn essential digital skills from an early age. This initiative empowers students with access to online resources, boosts their confidence in using technology, and opens pathways to future educational and career opportunities.

2. Library - Cultivating a Reading Culture

Reading plays a crucial role in shaping young minds, enhancing imagination, and expanding knowledge. Yet, many students especially in rural schools grow up without access to quality reading material. To address this gap, Creative Foundation is establishing vibrant, well-stocked libraries in government schools. These libraries will house over 1,000 books, covering a wide range of subjects including history, science, biographies, general knowledge, poetry, and fiction. By encouraging regular reading habits, this initiative aims to create a generation of informed, curious, and articulate learners. Beyond academic growth, access to literature helps students connect with cultural heritage and can even inspire future writers and thinkers.

3. Science & Technology Lab - Bringing Science to Life

Science becomes truly meaningful when students can see, touch, and experiment with what they learn. In many government schools, the lack of hands-on experience makes science abstract and less engaging. Creative Foundation’s Science & Technology Lab initiative addresses this by setting up modern labs equipped for students from grades 5 to 10. These labs provide opportunities for practical experiments and introduce learners to advanced technologies such as robotics, satellites, and drones. By making science interactive and exciting, the initiative enhances problem-solving skills, boosts curiosity, and nurtures the next generation of scientists, engineers, and innovators.

4. Sports Centre - Reviving the Sports Culture

Sports are vital for building physical fitness, teamwork, and mental resilience but many rural schools lack even the most basic infrastructure for outdoor games. The Sports Centre initiative by Creative Foundation aims to revive the sports culture by developing playgrounds and providing essential sports equipment. With support from MGNREGS for ground development, and access to gear for cricket, kho-kho, football, basketball, table tennis, and badminton, students are encouraged to actively participate in sports. This initiative not only promotes a healthier lifestyle but also helps identify and nurture young sports talent through school competitions and regular practice.

5. Smart Classroom - Modernizing Education

In an increasingly digital world, technology-driven education opens new doors for students by connecting them to expert teachers and global learning resources. Many government schools, however, lack the tools needed to deliver such dynamic instruction. Creative Foundation’s Smart Classroom initiative bridges this gap by transforming traditional classrooms into interactive, tech-enabled learning spaces. Each classroom is equipped with LCD projectors, internet access, speakers, and CPUs, creating a multimedia environment that enhances student engagement and comprehension. This initiative not only improves learning outcomes but also enables language development and cost-effective knowledge sharing across schools.

6. Vital Life Skills Training Centre - Learning Beyond the Classroom

Academic success alone isn't enough to navigate real-world challenges. Many students, especially in rural areas, lack exposure to basic life skills that foster independence. The Vital Life Skills Training Centre initiative by Creative Foundation addresses this need by offering hands-on training in everyday skills such as drilling, painting, electrical work, computer repairs, and cooking. These centers are equipped with practical setups to ensure immersive, real-world learning. By nurturing self-reliance and confidence, this program prepares students not just for jobs, but for life itself.

7. Open Gym - Promoting Fitness

Regular physical activity is key to a healthy body and mind, yet most rural schools lack proper fitness infrastructure. Creative Foundation’s Open Gym initiative aims to promote a culture of health and wellness by establishing outdoor gyms in school campuses. These gyms are equipped with dumbbells, rowing machines, exercise cycles, and other essential workout gear, giving students a safe and accessible space to stay active. This initiative encourages daily fitness habits, supports overall well-being, and lays the foundation for a healthier generation.

8. Clean & Beautiful School Initiative

A clean, hygienic, and well-maintained school environment plays a vital role in students’ health, dignity, and focus on learning. Unfortunately, many schools still lack basic sanitation, safe drinking water, and regular cleanliness practices. The Clean & Beautiful School initiative by Creative Foundation addresses these gaps by improving infrastructure, hygiene facilities, and campus beautification. This includes toilets, handwashing stations, drinking water filters, waste management, and greenery enhancements. By promoting cleanliness and a sense of pride in their surroundings, students learn to value hygiene, leading to better health, discipline, and school attendance.

9. Music Centre - Nurturing Musical Talent

Music plays a powerful role in enhancing creativity, emotional expression, and cultural appreciation. Yet, many students in rural schools are deprived of the opportunity to explore their musical potential due to a lack of resources. The Music Centre initiative by Creative Foundation aims to cultivate artistic talent by providing schools with essential instruments such as harmonium, tabla, guitar, and drums. These centers encourage students to learn, perform, and express themselves through music, laying the groundwork for future musicians, singers, and culturally enriched individuals.

10. Sanskar Kendra - Value Education Centre

Cultural and moral education is essential in nurturing responsible, grounded, and value-driven individuals. However, it is often overlooked in mainstream academics. Creative Foundation’s Sanskar Kendra initiative fills this gap by creating dedicated spaces where students learn about historical figures, Indian traditions, festivals, forts, temples, and cultural landmarks. Through engaging stories and spiritual insights, students develop a deep sense of respect for heritage, ethics, and national pride. This initiative aims to instill strong values, creating citizens who are not only educated but also culturally rooted and socially responsible.

11. Art Gallery - Encouraging Creativity

Art is a powerful medium for self-expression, imagination, and emotional growth. Unfortunately, many schools lack the space and resources needed to nurture students’ artistic talents. The Art Gallery initiative by Creative Foundation creates dedicated creative spaces equipped with materials like drawing sheets, oil paints, sculpture tools, and sketching supplies. These environments encourage students to freely explore painting, sculpture, and other visual arts. By fostering creativity and confidence, the initiative helps identify young artists and promotes a culture of innovation and expression.

12. Green School Initiative - Environmental Awareness

Environmental consciousness is essential for shaping the future of our planet, and schools play a crucial role in instilling these values in young minds. However, many schools lack green spaces, and indigenous tree varieties are disappearing. The Green School Initiative by Creative Foundation encourages tree plantation and the creation of sustainable green spaces within school campuses. By planting trees like neem, mango, tamarind, and lemon, schools can create natural learning environments and develop sustainable income sources through organic farming. This initiative enhances environmental awareness among students while benefiting the community in the long term.

13. Self-Sustaining School Initiative

Many schools, especially in rural areas, face challenges in maintaining basic infrastructure such as electricity and communication systems, which can disrupt learning. The Self-Sustaining School Initiative by Creative Foundation aims to empower schools with sustainable solutions for uninterrupted education. By installing rooftop solar panels, PA systems, and essential event infrastructure, this initiative ensures that schools are self-reliant in managing their power needs and can organize events effectively. These solutions not only provide a constant power supply but also foster a sustainable, independent approach to school management.
